This site is for trade only customers. Please order by using the Lou Mills website which will generate a direct order for Lou to receive and process and a 30 days invoice. Any help required Lou Mills is very happy to help.

Terms and Conditions
Greetings cards are sold in units
1 unit = 6 cards of the same design + VAT
Carriage is FREE for all Mainland UK of orders over £120.
For orders below £120, a £10.00 at cost carriage charge applies to all mainland UK orders. Delivery to areas outside mainland UK is at cost, please contact me for a quote.
Full payment should be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
All goods shall remain property of the company until all goods are paid for by the recipient.
Should you wish to cancel your order, you must make us aware immediately to avoid unnecessary costs. If your order has not been dispatched at the time of cancellation there will be no cost accrued. Should your order already have been dispatched to you and is either in your possession or with the courier, then you must pay for cost of returning the goods to us and the cost of us delivering to you, this usually costs the company between £8.50 – £15.00 depending on the size of your order.
Please contact Lou Mills before returning any goods. If an item you have received is damaged please inform Lou Mills within 48hrs of delivery to arrange for a replacement to be sent. We reserve the right to request that faulty items are returned before we issue an exchange or refund. Please ask for proof of postage from the Post Office for your returned items as we cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit. Delivery charge and returned postage will only be refunded if the item is faulty
